EASY HEALTHY HABITS

Okay so I know what you’re thinking. you’ve probably already seen this type of list dozens of times but let’s face it , most of the habits on those lists include having to purchase items or having to do “25 sit-ups everyday”. That’s cool and all , but let’s be real , not many are gonna budge to do it , let alone have time to do it. We are all too busy with our lives , and yeah , maybe we follow these habits for one week but after that we forget to do it. So I made a list of easy things that take no effort to do at all and are super benneficial. Heck , maybe you do these and have no idea how much this benefits. So here it is : 5 healthy habits that everyone can do

1. WATER

The first thing you should do when you wake up is drink 1 glass of water, or atleast before you eat breakfast. It wakes you up and hydrates your body after hours without drinking anything. I’m not sure why but I’ve always dreaded having to drink water in the mornings but you just have to fight that feeling because in the end , it makes you feel a whole lot more fresh

2. SHOWERS

Everybody knows that cold showers are better for you but having warm showers are always gonna be my preference. After you take a shower , rinse your hair with cold water for a minute. This washes away toxins, it keeps your cuticles closed (which makes your hair stronger) and by doing this, it prevents dirt from getting in. I’m not saying the water has to be freezing , but with it being a little bit cold can help you a lot.

3. STRECHING

The first thing we all do when we wake up is stretch , even if we do it for 2 seconds, everybody does it. So take some time to properly stretch your muscles. You can even do it on your bed. This will wake you up and you’ll be ready for action.

4. Chips

When you are going to eat chips or snacks , eat it from a bowl in quantities instead of directly from a bag. This will prevent you from overeating.

5. Vitamins

Eat an apple or have a glass of orange juice everyday . I always take my vitamins with orange juice at 17:30. It doesn’t have to be fruits , it can be milk or mushrooms. You can even get your vitamins from sunbathing ( as long as you use sun block)
